Stars Over Quartz Mountain
A Unique Sculptural Installation Honoring Donors

Housed in the Quartz Mountain Arts and Conference Center Lodge, Stars Over Quartz Mountain honors Arts Institute donors from the public and private sectors whose cumulative contributions since 1978 range from $15,000 to $1 million. Stars Over Quartz Mountain is a commissioned sculptural installation of stainless steel and Plexiglas, modeled after a similar piece at the Adler Planetarium in Chicago. A work in progress, the sculpture will grow in visual complexity as more stars are added to the surface. The size of each star is determined by the level of cumulative giving in the following increments:
      $15,000 - $24,999
      $25,000 - $49,999
      $50,000 - $99,999
      $100,000 - $249,999
      $250,000 - $499,999
      $500,000 - $999,999
